Appointment of Kevin Banks as Chief Operating Officer
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Kevin Banks as our Chief Operating Officer. In this critical role, Kevin will take direct accountability for Sales, Services, Technology, Operations, and Marketing. Reporting directly to our CEO, Robert Zagorsky, this move aligns with our vision to streamline operations and enhance our strategic focus across key business functions.
Together, Robert and Kevin will develop our sales, business, and market development strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach within our current customer base, future market expansion, and across the Fulcrum network of companies.
Services Team Leadership Updates
In a strategic move, Stephen Mathezer, our esteemed security practitioner at iON, will take on the role of Senior Director, Enterprise & OT Cybersecurity. Stephen will lead our Enterprise Services practices and oversee service delivery – championing excellence in practice development, pre-sales and services solutioning support, customer consultations, thought leadership, and delivery standards.
On January 29, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of Mike Ryan to iON as Director, Network & Cybersecurity Solutions. Mike will guide our mid-market expansion strategy, overseeing the development, execution, optimization, and performance of our commercial-focused service offerings.
Stephen and Mike will work in partnership to lead our entire services operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery practices as we drive the growth of our differentiated service experiences.
Technology Team Leadership Updates
This week, we are thrilled to welcome Kent Blomquist to iON’s technology team as Field CTO, reporting to our CTO, Alon Zvi Goldberg. With over three decades of technology experience, including 17 years in cybersecurity, Kent will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales engineering practice. His expertise will be instrumental in addressing the evolving and complex needs of our customers, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technological innovation.
Sales Leadership Updates
As we expand our commercial cybersecurity offerings in the market, we are excited to announce that Whitney Melrose will take on the role of Senior Manager, Commercial & Direct Sales. With formal responsibility for our commercial sales strategy, Whitney’s team will collaborate closely with Marketing, Services, and other teams at iON to drive meaningful growth in 2024 and beyond.
